Great selection found in the aisles of this market for your Korean Kitchen including some fresh produce - radish, asian chives, red chiles, and ginger. Smaller Japanese and Chinese sauce staples as well as cooking accessories and crockery here too. Found Salted Mackerel fillets and whole mackerel in the frozen doors and there are fresh offerings, kimchi, banchan and Kimbap made in-house. For Eastsiders, it's a must stop for rice and asian staples. Kamsahamnida!

Owner is helpful & friendly. Place is clean. Food is delicious!! Great place to get items if you like cooking Asian food, especially if you're wanting to cook/eat Korean food. They have kimchi and other ban chan. They sell Gimbap twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. It's there till it runs out. So happy to have found a great place in town!

I'm so glad that Kimpo is less than a mile from my house. The variety is great and the owners are friendly and they always have something new or different. The store is spotlessly clean and their prices are good.
The shop at everything you could want or need from your basic Asian shopping experience. They had a good selection of kitchen, utensils, chopsticks, cooking, necessities, a varied rice and noodle selection, Asian treats, and goodies, kimchi selection, frozen goodies, and decent customer service. You could very easily come here with a recipe in mind and find all of the necessary items needed.
My young daughters and I love this place! The owner is such a help and makes the best suggestions. The prices are amazing! Today we were lucky enough to grab their freshly made Gim bap. My littles are it so fast that I barely had time to eat any. Side note: our soy sauce dishes and chop sticks are from there as well! Thank you for having the delicious market in the middle of Tucson.
Kimpo is a small Korean grocery store but has all the essentials you need for Korean cuisine. They have a great selection of instant noodles and assorted banchan. Some of Kimpo's best offerings are the fresh rice cakes, kimbap, and sushi that the owners make weekly. On Tuesdays, I love to pick up some kimbap and one of the bags of refrigerated stews to eat with rice. So come to Kimpo to pick up lunch and all your Korean food necessities!
Great little neighborhood market that has all the Asian cooking essentials like rice, noodles, sauces, and seasoning. Yes it's cheaper at Lee Lee but I don't feel like driving 20 minutes just buy a few items. It has a good variety of snacks, candies, and Korean booze too. The small "deli" section has house made kimchi and banchan (the side dishes like seaweed salad, pickled veggies, tofu). I finally tried the cucumber kimchi and it's full of flavor. I read a sign saying the have rice cakes on Wednesdays. Yum. The owner is very friendly and always happy to answer questions.
